Our company can make a promise to you: our machine, if the fuselage and cylinder break in normal use within five years, our company will be responsible to the end.
The product quality assurance system and service quality assurance system of Ou Kai Machinery are introduced as follows:

1. product quality assurance system
1. Fuselage
(1) Cut the blanking with automatic wind, and reverse the double-sided break after blanking;
(2) When the fuselage is assembled, the surface between the ribs must be smooth without too much gap. Too much gap will cause the welding to be weak;
(3) After assembling and spot welding, measure the form and position tolerance with level ruler, angle ruler and ruler, and the tolerance standard shall be based on the unspecified form and position tolerance (GB_T1184 -1996);
(4) Welding shall be started after the lap joint is completed. Segmented welding shall be adopted for welding, and strong wind cooling shall be adopted to avoid stress concentration. Welding shall be in accordance with JB/T8609 -1997 Technical Conditions for Forging Mechanical Welded Parts;
(5) After welding, the weld is polished and subjected to vibration treatment, and then aging treatment, and the aging treatment time is not less than 20 days;
(6) After rough grinding of the surface, send it to the machining center;
2. Oil cylinder
(1) The forging of materials shall comply with General Technical Requirements for Forgings (JB/ZQ4000.7-86);
(2) Normalizing treatment as per GB/T16923-1997-Specification for Normalizing and Annealing Treatment of Steel
(3) The inspection after lathe processing shall be in accordance with the GB1800-1804-79 "Tolerance Fit Standard", GB1182-1184 -80 "Shape and Position Tolerance Standard", and GB1031-83 "Surface Roughness Standard";
(4) Hard chrome plating GB11379 on the surface of the plunger rod -89 "Chrome electroplating coating for metal coating engineering";
3. Hydraulic system
(1) cartridge valve using well-known brands, strict quality control;
(2) Test run after the motor and oil pump are connected, and check with a dial indicator that the runout rate is not more than 0.3mm;
(3) Leakage test shall be carried out after welding of oil tank;
(4) The pressure pipeline welding adopts the GB50184 "Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering Quality Inspection Standard";
(5) The pressure of high-pressure hose shall not be lower than 60MPa;
(6) before the boot hydraulic system for secondary cleaning.

2. service quality assurance system
Ou Kai Machinery has a number of service outlets across the country, such as Zhuji, Taizhou, Wuxi, Jining, Shenzhen and other places. Under the background of more and more product sales, our company will also add more service personnel and sales outlets. The company will hold monthly online meetings with after-sales service personnel to investigate the after-sales service situation of the current month, so as to obtain feedback on product quality and improve the deficiencies in time.
Active service: 80% of the failures of the hydraulic system come from the cleanliness of the oil. Our company cleans the hydraulic system once for free for the equipment within three years and replaces the filter element. For each equipment that leaves the factory, our company will not only send people to install and debug, but also assist users in trial production of products and train operators.

Professional Services
Preventive on-site maintenance service sends people to carry out preventive on-site maintenance every quarter to check potential failures in equipment operation and eliminate them in time without affecting user production.
On-site service
Provide users with full consignment from the manufacturer to the customer to ensure the safe arrival of the equipment and reduce the risk of damage to the equipment during the delivery process.
Delivery reminder service
Before the equipment leaves the factory, the specialist shall inform the customer of the expected arrival time of the goods, the lifting tools to be prepared and the supporting facilities required by the equipment.
Installation and commissioning services
Each piece of equipment in our company will be installed and debugged. During the installation process, communication with customer operators will be strengthened, and a number matching system will be adopted. For example, installer A will install it to customer A. If customer A's equipment fails this year, installer A can be consulted directly at the first time, because installer A is familiar with the customer and the customer site.
Annual Maintenance Plan
The hydraulic system needs to be cleaned regularly to filter the dirt of the oil. Our company provides annual maintenance service (free within two years) for each user. Customers do not need to find another person to maintain the equipment, because our company will remind customers on time, so that customers can really enjoy the comfort of buying and using.
